NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of Members of the Gunnedah Basketball Association will be held as per the details below for the purpose of voting on the Special Resolutions set out below.

DATE:      7^th June 2023

TIME:      6:00pm

VENUE:   Judi Guest Gunnedah Basketball Stadium

AGENDA

The following special resolution will be proposed at the extraordinary general meeting:

- That the proposed Constitution (2023), as circulated prior to, public consultation process provided and presented to this General Meeting, is adopted from the conclusion of this meeting.  This will then replace the current Constitution (1987).”

Meeting was held 7th June 2023, the new consitution was voted IN by members in attendance.
